INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Only listen to these hypnotic audio trances when you can fully and safely relax completely and NEVER while you are driving. These guided audio trainings work best when you can close your eyes. Use headphones if you can, it really enhances the experience.
Listen to your audio once a day for a few days and then whenever you need to. You can listen anytime during the day, but most people really enjoy listening straight after waking up or just before they go to bed or when they need a break during the day.
You do not have to listen to these audios consciously. If you drift off that is a good sign - it means you enter a very deep state of relaxation. Your subconscious mind will still hear what it needs to hear.
